Primary experience lies with motion capture and MotionBuilder: from shoots to polish and everything in-between. Capable of setting up, running, processing and automating data from a Vicon/Shogun or XSens Motion Capture setup without assistance.
Secondary experience encompasses most aspects of real-time cinematics including layouts, pre-vis, animation, lighting, visual scripting and engine implementation.
Excellent at working either in a team or independently. Has previously interviewed potential candidates and mentored new, more junior ones. Good interdepartmental awareness obtained by working for smaller/independent Studios where people have multiple roles. Able to understand, analyse, document and improve workflows. Proactive at improving quality of associated projects.
